Hunger levels

Train yourself to know your hunger levels. Consider level 1 as the point where there is no hunger at all and level 10 being the critical point of no return. At level 10 there is absolutely no control over hunger. Taking action before reaching level 7 is the best way to go. The ideal diet 666 program will have the proper balance of meals and activities to keep you close to level 5. Level 5 is when you will be feeling a bit hungry right before your planed meals. Adding more protein to your meals and increasing the intensity of your activities will decrease your hunger levels. I have noticed that by eliminating pure sugar products and drastically reducing my complex carbohydrates hunger becomes a non issue.

Hunger

Hunger will not be a problem while following a diet 666 program. Creating a plan that is reasonable is the first step toward success. Don’t overly restrict your calorie intake in the beginning, gradually let your body get accustomed to using stored fat for energy. Don’t start with activities that are too intensive. Gradually increase the intensity of your activities. Plan to have your six protein based meals and your six activities paced at your convenience throughout the day.
